Interpretation of Poem entitled "Oranges"

"Oranges"

The first time I walked
With a girl, I was twelve,
Cold, and weighted down
With two oranges in my jacket.
December. Frost cracking
Beneath my steps, my breath
Before me, then gone,
As I walked toward
Her house, the one whose
Porch light burned yellow
Night and day, in any weather.
A dog barked at me, until
She came out pulling
At her gloves, face bright
With rouge. I smiled,
Touched her shoulder, and led
Her down the street, across
A used car lot and a line
Of newly planted trees,
Until we were breathing
Before a drugstore. We
Entered, the tiny bell
Bringing a saleslady
Down a narrow aisle of goods.
I turned to the candies
Tiered like bleachers,
And asked what she wanted -
Light in her eyes, a smile
Starting at the corners
Of her mouth. I fingered
A nickle in my pocket,
And when she lifted a chocolate
That cost a dime,
I didn’t say anything.
I took the nickle from
My pocket, then an orange,
And set them quietly on
The counter. When I looked up,
The lady’s eyes met mine,
And held them, knowing
Very well what it was all
About.

Outside,
A few cars hissing past,
Fog hanging like old
Coats between the trees.
I took my girl’s hand
In mine for two blocks,
Then released it to let
Her unwrap the chocolate.
I peeled my orange
That was so bright against
The gray of December
That, from some distance,
Someone might have thought
I was making a fire in my hands

Interpretation: 

When he makes the first date with his girlfriend, He was twelve years old. It was happened on December. The weather was so cold because on December the winter season approaches in many western countries. Before he met his girl, he brings two oranges that placed in the jacket. Then he walked on his car. At that moment his breath is rather quickly and he feel nervous but in his heart, he feel happy because he wanted to met his beloved person who will be met at the first time. For now he walked to her house, he also saw porch adorned with lamp that has yellow color. When he has been standing up in front of her house, he looks inside of the house. Suddenly, the dog that standing on the yard barks to him until she was came out. He saw his girlfriend came out from house with pulling at her gloves. He also saw her use rouge on her face. It is look very nice. He smile to her, touched her shoulder then hang out down in the street, across the street pass through the line of newly planted trees and finally they saw a supermarket near the drugstore. Then they enter on this supermarket. The tiny bells are ringing and nice saleslady extends a warm welcome from a narrow aisle of goods. After they entered to this store, they turned to the candies part. They saw many kind of candies are sell on there, And he asked to her what is she wanted now?. His girlfriend looked and smiles and at the same time she brings the chocolate on her arm. She wants it. And then he fingers her pocket and takes some money from those. He was aware that he only have five cent now but the price of the chocolate is ten cent. For a moment he is silent, and then he takes his money and one orange to bought the chocolate and put these things on cashier. The saleslady know what is going on?, then held the things that used to pay before and then they left from there.

At the outside, many cars cross on the road, the fog that hanging out from the muffler is very much fills the air on the town but the trees in there covered them. On there he took her hand and after they walked on two blocks from the supermarket they release it. The girl begun to unwrap her chocolate and the man peeled his orange. The orange looked so bright on the December because all of the colors on there mostly grey, and when someone saw this fruit, it is like a fire that place on the hand.
