Dear Mr. Khosim

Crabs Shipping to California

On the 10^th of February, I had asked you to help me packing about 100 boxes containing fresh crab to California. A week-later, I got an email from King Crab Company that your delivery came late and they complain about it. Then I call you and you argue that the weather of that day was so bad so you delay the delivery. The next day, King Crab Company sent me an email that the shipping was arrived but the box was in a state of disappear and decay. As a result of your carelessness, my company was blacklisted by King Crab Company and they does not to pay for it.

Consequently, I lost1 billion because of the dissatisfaction of my clients. Therefore I ask you to be responsible to pay¾ of losses that I have got. If you refuse to pay for these losses, My Company will bring this is sue to District court of Surakarta.

I am waiting for your response at the latest of 25 February 2013. I hope you have a best resolution for this problem.
