Restitution for the Loss

Following your letter of 15 February about Crabs Shipping to California, we would like to apologize for the delays and damage caused by our company on that shipping. We know it makes big problems for you. We agree that our high standard of the services were overlooked in this case.

Our company has thought about the resolution of that delivery problem. By looking at the agreements that were made ​​before, we are willing to replace the loss that has been suffered by the company that you lead for 750 million rupiahs (3/4 of the total loss). Our company will send about a half of the replacement on 23 February 2013 and the remaining payments will be paid off the next 3 days. 
 

We apologize for the negligence of the workers, so the company that you lead got a very huge loss and your company blacklisted by that foreign company. We expect the company that you lead is still willing to cooperate with our company. Thank you.
