Tropical Ornamentals Fish Shipping to America

On March 11^th 2013, I asked you to help me packing the Tropical Ornamentals Fish to America for Grand Prince Hotel. Two weeks later, I got an e-mail from America that your shipping came late. When I phoned you, the trouble was in the weather. The following two days, American Grand Prince Hotel sent me a letter that the shipping arrived, but the items in a damaged condition. After I checked further, the cause of damage is in your officers careless. Besides that, I also found that the delivery was three days late. As a result, the America Grand Prince Hotel blacklisted my company and asked for compensation. My company suffered huge losses due to the day delay and your shipping negligence.

I am requesting reimbursement in the amount 250 million rupiah. If I do not hear from you within 30 days after receipt this letter, I will send a petition with the Justice of the Yogyakarta District court in Jakarta.

I look forward to working with you toward a resolution of this matter.
